1.Warranty and after-sales service terms

1.1 General Provisions

1.1.1 Meaning of warranty: NuSoulra products that have been inspected and passed according to technical standards shall be the responsibility of our company to solve quality problems caused by materials or workmanship during the warranty period after leaving the factory

1.1.2 Warranty period: Within 12 months from the date of sale

1.1.3 Warranty principle: The warranty mainly focuses on replace and resend.

 

1.2 Scope and Regulations of Warranty

The NuSoulra products produced by our company are subject to quality assurance: Within three months from the date of purchase, if any material or workmanship defects affecting the user are found, free replacement of parts will be provided. If one of the following situations occurs, warranty services will not be provided. 

1.2.1 Exceeding the specified deadline (based on valid invoices)

1.2.2 Damage caused by accidents or abnormal use 

1.2.3 Damage caused by self disassembly, or use of non NuSoulra components

1.2.4 Damage caused by natural or man-made disasters or force majeure factors

1.2.5 Without warranty card and valid invoice, or unauthorized alteration or erasure of factory number
